Coconut Macaroons for Tom...

Tuesday was Tom's birthday and I decided to for the first time ever try to make his favorite cookies - coconut macaroons - that his grandmother used to make for him and that his sister now makes for him.

As you can see it took some work and I never really got it just right...but I'm working on it...

Attempt one. Macaroon Blobs.

The final product. He tells me they tasted great.... I think he was just being nice :)
