That looks like a Phoebe dress! :-) I have a big sister present coming her way too, whenever I see her. Glad to see she'll wear something other than her Spidey shirt, I was getting nervous she wouldn't like her gift! haha.
It does look like a Phoebe dress. Maybe she'll actually wear some of those dressed I've passed and am going to pass along.
