Today there was a snow day for the Concord School District. Weather stations were calling for as much as 6 inches but we only got about 2 in Barnstead. It was heavy and wet and I'm sure it will be gone fairly soon.
In my time off I built a model of Stonehenge out of tofu. It is pictured at right--and it tasted great.

Was that marinated tofu or just regular? I was thinking that might make a nice appetizer when friends come over! What a great discussion starter! Did Amelia help you build it???
I got about 6-8 inches of snow!
